My daughter has reached the age when she has started to want to wear make up. Yes my baby is no longer a baby! Instead of trying to fight this I have decided to embrace the fact. I would like to think of myself as a modern parent, you see. One of the issues that I am facing is that she is, of course, somewhat of a novice when it comes to applying make up. I have tried to help and to offer my experienced advice in this matter but she has also reached the age when she seemingly does not want to listen to me or to take my advice! I have to accept this - I suppose - but again would still like to help her. For this reason I have been sourcing professional make up lessons. In this article I will be writing about my quest to locate such lessons - I hope you enjoy the read.
I then searched in the local business telephone directories - the yellow pages and thomsons. I found a few numbers and therefore made a few calls but again the prices quoted were not exactly that impressive.
My sister suggested that I should search the internet as she believed that this would be where I was likely to find the most competitive prices - and boy she was right.
I logged on my p.c and went straight to Google and searched, somewhat unsurprisingly, for "make up lessons". I was quite astonished at how many companies were offering such a service and once again started to telephone some of the more local ones. The difference in price to what I had previously been quoted was quite staggering.
My daughter has now received a number of lessons and can now apply make up like a professional! And she is pleased with me for a change!
In conclusion if you are searching for make up lessons, whether it is for your daughter, for yourself or for anyone else, then I would certainly advise that you search on the world wide web - you may just come up trumps like I did.
