I have had a crazy last few months which in a way has taught me a great deal about life. The craziness started about four months ago when I sustained a major injury at my place of work. Some would call it an accident but for me this is some what of a minor description - it was a major cock up and one which should never have happened. If the company had taken a lot more care and if they had more feelings for the safety of their workers then this situation would not have occured. Yes I am angry and quite rightly so.

I am very much a family man and I personally live for my wife and children. Since the accident I have been unable to provide for them in the ways that I would like to and this has had a damaging effect on my overall levels of self-esteem and self-confidence. There was even a stage when I became mired in self pity and where I became rather depressed. My dad has always been a positive influence on my life and he helped me to get back onto my feet and to realise that there are many people out there who are in a far worse position than I am. Just by naming a few countries, as he did, you will no doubt understand what I mean - Japan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and North Kuwait - these are to name just a few.

My dad also researched on the internet and eventually located a professional and well established solicitors who offer 100% compensation payouts. We both went to meet with the solicitors and were very impressed. They believe that we have an extremely strong case and we are currently going through the processs - I am obviously hoping for a successful conclusion to this sorry mess.
